I have over 20 years' experience as a corporate and commercial lawyer in multiple jurisdictions, and since 2018, have been specialising in global privacy compliance and AI governance. I am a Certified Information Privacy Manager and AI Governance Professional via the International Association of Privacy Professionals (www.iapp.org) and I've single-handedly designed, implemented & refined global compliance frameworks for multinationals, including an ASX-listed multinational in the regulated telecommunications sector. My work spans compliance throughout APAC, the EU, North America, and South Africa.
