www.privacypragma.com (“the Site”) is operated by Privacy Pragma Consulting (ABN 81974577631) of Level 1, 470 St Paul’s Terrace, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane, Australia (“PPC”, we”, “us” or “our”) and these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your use of the Site. By accessing and/or using the Site you agree to be bound by these T&Cs, so if you do not agree hereto, please do not continue to access and/or use the Site.
(Note that as the Site is aimed at businesses acting through their duly authorised representatives, we do not engage with minors and if you are a minor you should not access or use the Site.)
Availability
We may from time to time and without giving reasons or notice, upgrade, modify, suspend or discontinue the provision of the Site or any functionality available therefrom and shall not be liable to anyone in that regard.
Acceptable Use
You may only view, download and/or print content from this Site for your own internal, non-commercial purposes, and otherwise only as permitted by these T&C and in accordance with law. The manner in which we use personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy which is hereby incorporated by reference. If you are not satisfied with the level of privacy we provide or otherwise disagree with anything in the Privacy Policy, then you are deemed to not agree to these T&C and should not use the Site.
Security
The Site is powered by GoDaddy (www.godaddy.com) and we are entitled to take all reasonable steps to ensure the integrity and security of the Site and back-office applications. Any person that delivers or attempts to deliver any damaging code to this Site or attempts to gain unauthorised access to any page on this Site shall be prosecuted and civil damages shall be claimed in the event that we suffer any damage or loss.

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved and we may enforce our intellectual property rights to the full extent of the law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia for purposes of any dispute in relation to these T&Cs.
